REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise at our fulfillment center.
Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
REGULAR-PRICED MERCHANDISE
Cuirdimitri.ca offers a refund, store credit, or exchange on regular-priced merchandise purchased exclusively through Cuirdimitri.ca, provided that the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receiving, in the same condition in which it was sold, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.
Merchandise returned without its original tags, showing signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or in any condition other than its original sale condition will not be accepted for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
SALE & DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE - FINAL SALE
ALL SALE, CLEARANCE, DISCOUNTED, PROMOTIONAL, OR REDUCED-PRICE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Sale merchandise may only be exchanged or issued as store credit/voucher, subject to availability and compliance with the conditions of this policy.
By purchasing sale or discounted merchandise, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final sale and that no monetary refund will be issued, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If an exchange or store credit is approved, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.
SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise, including return shipping fees and, where applicable, duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other applicable charges.
Cuirdimitri.ca is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or not delivered to our fulfillment center.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns must be sent to the return address provided by Cuirdimitri.ca and must be received within 30 days of the date the customer received the order.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for reviewing this Return & Refund Policy before completing their purchase. By completing a purchase on Cuirdimitri.ca, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable return conditions, including the FINAL SALE policy applicable to sale and discounted merchandise.
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
